About Daira
A circle of supply, visible from anywhere.
دائرہ
Daira means circle. The product is a web-first B2B marketplace and storefront platform for Pakistani export supply. Version one is a hybrid: each supplier gets a professional catalog; those storefronts aggregate into a marketplace overseas buyers can search.
Mission
Help buyers source with confidence. Give exporters a page that can travel.
This is a refinement of the original “Shopify for Pakistani SMBs” framing. The storefront still exists. The first job is buyer discovery and supplier trust, not generic website building.
The first user to win is the overseas B2B buyer: importers, wholesalers, brand buyers, and sourcing agents who already look for Pakistani manufacturers and get stuck between Alibaba-style directories, trade shows, and personal referrals.
Pakistani SMB exporters are the required supply side and the likely subscriber. That paying-customer question is still open, and the site will not pretend it is settled.
Values
Trust before transaction
Buyers should be able to vet a supplier before they ever place an order.
Professional as the goods
Make Pakistani manufacturers look as professional as what they already export.
Start with real clusters
Sialkot sports, surgical, and leather first. Not a generic global catalog.
Web-first and shareable
A storefront or supplier profile should travel as a link. No install.
Do not hide uncertainty
If a supplier is unverified or a capability is missing, say so.
Building the first web MVP now.
There is no claimed prototype GMV or paying customer yet. The job of the MVP is to let a small set of overseas buyers find and vet Pakistani suppliers, represented by real storefronts rather than a directory scrape.
